General Information
As per National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) norms, a candidate holding B A/ B Sc/ B Com/ M A/ M Sc/ or equivalent degree from any recognised Board or University with at least 50% marks are eligible for appearing B Ed Entrance Test. (for SC/ ST/ OBC/PWD candidates the lowest mark is 45%).

Preface
‘Guide to B Ed Entrance Test’ has been prepared with the sole aim of helping the B Ed aspirants. In preparing this guide we have consulted all the B Ed Entrance Test syllabi of major Indian universities such as Gauhati University, Assam University, Dibrugarh Univesity, Krishna Kant Open University, IGNOU and others so that this single guide maybe full guidance for the B Ed aspirants under all these universities.
The data and information have been collected from various sources including the internet. We have tried our best to make a full inclusion of all the topics in accordance with the Syllabi. We have also consulted all the guides previously published by other publishers. We are highly grateful to them all.
